Parcel Deliveries & Collection
Enjoy free, door-to-door, door-to-store or door-to-locker, delivery nationwide when you spend R850 or more on our store. If your order is less than R850 then an order shipping fee is applied. Alternatively, you can select the "Pick-up" option to collect from our Pietermaritzburg Shop.
Our delivery options:
- Door-to-door courier delivery with our national partner, The Courier Guy
Use this option if you have a daytime delivery address where someone is available to accept the delivery
- Delivery to your nearest Collection Point – "The Courier Guy" Kiosk or PUDO Locker
Use this option if you would like to have your order delivered to your nearest participating Kiosk or Pudo Locker to collect at a time convenient for you. Brilliant if you cannot receive parcels during working hours or live in an outlying area or on a farm.

*Please remember: our couriers can only deliver to street addresses and they do not deliver to embassies, malls and chain stores, plots, farms, mines and to some outlying towns and townships. If our couriers can't deliver to your address we'll contact you to make alternative arrangements. There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays.
We reserve the right to convert door-to-door delivery to delivery to a Depot/Kiosk or Locker should delivery to your chosen address not be viable or incur surcharges. We will communicate clearly with you before making this change.
One of our courier partners will deliver to your physical address, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. If you are at a business address during working hours then please register these details for your courier delivery unless someone is at home to sign for your parcel.
If you live in a main city centre then approximate courier shipping time is 2-4 working days, nationwide. If you live in an outlying area delivery may take up to 7 working days. The shipping time of heavy goods, bulk purchases and to regional areas is generally 3-5 working days.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like to try and get a more precise estimate of delivery date.

Shipping time is approximately 3-4 working days nationwide.
Not all parcels can fit in the PUDO Lockers. Should your order not be able to be delivered to the Locker we will deliver to the nearest "The Courier Guy" Kiosk. We will communicate clearly with you before making such a change.
SELF-COLLECTION
You're also welcome to collect orders directly from us at: Unit 7, 77 Pentrich Road, Pentrich, Pietermaritzburg, 3201. Alternatively a collection address will be provided in the correspondence with you.. Simply select the "Pick-up" option presented during online checkout. Self-collections are naturally free of charge. Please note: Orders for collection still need to be placed and paid for using our online storefront (secure checkout). Once your order payment is received we will begin packing your order for collection. You'll receive an email/SMS the moment your order is ready for collection.
Our collection hours are: Mondays to Fridays: 9am-3pm. Closed on Public Holidays.
INDEPENDENT COURIER COLLECTION
Should you wish to independently arrange for a courier service to collect your parcel from our warehouses on your behalf, you are more than welcome to do so. Collections can be made at: Unit 7, 77 Pentrich Road, Pentrich, Pietermaritzburg, 3201. Alternatively a collection address will be provided in the correspondence with you. Simply select the "Pick-up" option presented during online checkout.
After placing your order please be sure to email us at: sales@finishingtouchonline.co.za to let us know that you have personally arranged for courier collection of your parcel. In your email please make sure to include your order number, the courier company name and a copy of the waybill provided by your courier.
Please note: for security/logistical reasons we are unable to hand-off your parcel to independent couriers without first having a copy of the waybill.
DELIVERY DELAYS
Unforeseen circumstances like adverse weather, load shedding, hijacking, strikes, pandemics or supplier issues could prolong the delivery time. It's rare, but it can happen. Late delivery is not grounds for refund or cancellation of already shipped orders but if you are in any way concerned about the current location of your parcel and ETA of delivery, please contact us with your order details so that we can follow up for you. We're here to help.
